Soon a love song is forced into the fold and the songs test your patience. The film manages to deliver information along with entertainment. Seba’s choice to keep her disability a secret led to the murder and suspension of a woman in the city. Manufacturers finally give you a reason to stay invested and wonder what happens next.

After watching the first part of Sebastian PC 524, one doesn’t expect the movie to be a great thriller but at least expect some good storytelling. But the messy screenplay filled with inexplicable twists is a big blow. In an age where world police dramas are at your fingertips, Sebastian seems like a sick joke. The way he ‘investigates’ and solves mysteries is also very difficult.
